Job Description
A performance-driven professional recruiting firm is looking for Sr. Technical Recruiters/Sales Managers to develop, implement and conduct full life-cycle recruitment activities that actively support the national growth they are experiencing. Opportunities are available in Orlando, Huntsville, DC area, Las Vegas, & Dayton areas.

Job Duties:
Sr. Technical Recruiters/Sales Managers will be responsible for utilizing recruiting Best Practices to identify & attract top-performing professionals within the following industries: Aerospace & Defense, Information Technology/Telecommunications, Healthcare & Medical Device Manufacturing, & Casino/Gaming Technology
-Develop a community presence by networking with local business leaders and associations
-Ability to learn proper policies & procedure of the full life-cycle recruiting
-Work closely with Executives and Account Managers to support customer recruiting needs and match the right candidate to those requirements
-Continually develop a network of candidates & maintain relationships by utilizing an internal database
-Develop/Enhance new recruiting strategies & Jr. Recruiters
-Develop business leads locally and nationally

Education/Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
-5-8 years of recruiting industry experience
