The Role:
As a Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing active and passive candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.

Number of Positions: 75 Start dates:2 weeks from hire
All selected candidates will be on a Contract to Hire basis thru UrpanTech and payments are Hly and range between $35/hr to $70/hr on payroll . This is a Non Exempt Position.
Job Role:
Ø Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates
Ø Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Ø Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
Ø Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
Ø Work with Hiring Managers and plan the sourcing process and take full ownership for sourcing and on boarding coordination.
Ø Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.
Ø Experience in Sourcing for Engineering, Technical, HW and Testing areas.
