Job Description
Product Manager (telecom enclosures)
Proven track record of building high quality Telecom & Cable related products and Enclosures. Broad responsibilities to include developing a roadmap to support day-to-day activities such as pricing, inventories, post-sales support etc. You will have extensive coordination with Customers, Suppliers, Operations, Engineering, Marketing communications, Customer Service and Sales to achieve product plans and growth. The PM will interface with cross-functional product teams to deliver market leading features, products and services through all phases of the product life cycle. Proficient with MS Office applications and ERP system such as SAP. Compensation includes Base + MBO incentive pkg. Relocation expenses paid.
* MBA is highly desired with a Technical Bachelors degree.
* Minimum of 10-12 years of combined experience in Product Management, Engineering, Marketing or Operations, with at least 5+ years in a PM capacity.
Preference 1: Product Management and/or Marketing experience in outside plant cabinet solutions plus engineering degree
Preference 2: Telecom experience (equipment OEMs, handsets, carriers) in product management plus MBA
This is a hands-on tactical position with a good amount of strategic thinking required to execute company strategy.
